Life at PAIR
You’ll work alongside people who know their craft and want to keep getting better. There’s plenty to learn from each other, with open conversations, regular feedback and colleagues who will help you think through a difficult problem.
We work on a hybrid basis, with time in the office to collaborate and stay connected. Seven times a year, we come together for a four-day anchor week, with workshops, activities and socials. It’s a chance to work through challenges together, share what we’re learning and get to know people beyond our immediate teams.
We use AI ourselves every day, with access to leading tools and PAIR’s own Masterclasses to keep developing our skills. We bring what we learn into our work and share useful approaches with colleagues, giving us first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges our customers face.
