Cindia Li

Head of AI Learning at PAIR.

Cindia studied Human Sciences at the University of Oxford before joining the Behavioural Insights Team as a Behavioural Science Advisor. Her work included informing UK gambling regulation through deliberative research and auditing social media platforms to inform the EU's Digital Services Act.

She later moved into management consulting, developing an AI-enabled approach to organisational culture change for a 5,000-person organisation. This combined predictive analysis of behaviours linked to organisational performance with AI agents conducting and analysing around 1,000 employee interviews.

She now brings together behavioural science, organisational change and applied AI to help people develop skills that change how they work, and ultimately, make AI work for humans.
